We believe artificial intelligence can transform online learning when used with intent: to explain differently, to summarize, to personalize each learner's journey. But it replaces neither the instructor, nor the effort of understanding. That balance is what MAK-IA strives to maintain.

A small, focused team
MAK-IA is designed, developed and operated from Val-des-Sources, Quebec. It's a small-scale project: every decision is made with real product knowledge, and every support request is handled by someone who understands.

Co-founder
Holding a master's and a bachelor's degree in corporate finance from Université de Sherbrooke, as well as the CPA designation, Audrée has several years of consulting experience with SMEs, multinationals and public and parapublic organizations.
A business-intelligence consultant and experienced trainer, she has a natural talent for making complex concepts clear and accessible. At MAK-IA, she oversees the educational quality of the courses and supports partner instructors: content that fosters active learning and immediate practice.
Kim LeblancBBA
Co-founder
A graduate in information and systems management from Université de Sherbrooke, Kim has more than 25 years of experience in business intelligence. She knows in depth the strategies and tools that turn data into decisions.
A consultant specialized in report design and a recognized trainer, also owner of Le CFO masqué, she is always on the lookout for new technologies. At MAK-IA, she brings that engaging, hands-on approach — grounded in theory as much as in practice — that helps learners make real progress.
