A discount granted to the customer is absorbed in equal shares, the split always applying to the net amount. Calculation cascade, points scale and anti-abuse safeguards are in the Compensation Charter, provided before signing.

Paid every month, no threshold
Payment within 30 days after month end, whatever the amount. MAK-IA issues the invoice in your name.
You set your price
Above a floor per duration bracket, you decide. No price ceiling.
No price parity clause
You remain free to offer the same course elsewhere, even at a lower price. The contract is not exclusive.
You can leave
60 days' notice, identical for both parties. Your courses remain your property.

Your material already exists? Bring it as it is.
Slide decks, documents, videos, sometimes a full course produced elsewhere: you have years of content. You do not have to retype any of it. Our import tool reads what you already have, and we adjust it when your format falls outside the frame.
Lesson folders
Your modules and lessons in a compressed folder: text, Markdown, HTML or Word, with quizzes, images and attached documents. A ready-to-fill template is provided.
PowerPoint presentations
A presentation becomes a lesson, speaker notes included. Ideal for turning a seminar you already give into an online course.
SCORM packages
A course produced with Articulate, iSpring, Captivate or another authoring tool plays as is, with progress tracking and the certificate.
Video, audio and exercises
Videos hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, audio dictations, practical exercises, pronunciation sentences graded by the AI for language courses.
