An admin reviews your version
Meanwhile, the version currently online (if any) stays visible to your learners. No service interruption.
Immediate publishing after approval
As soon as the admin approves, your new version replaces the old one on the site. You are notified by email at each step.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need technical knowledge to publish a course? ▾
No. You write your lessons in Markdown (very simple) or directly in Word. You organize your folders, zip them, import them. Not a single line of code.
Are my courses online immediately? ▾
No — every publication (creation or update) is reviewed and approved by a MAK-IA admin before going live. This guarantees a quality standard for learners. Once approved the first time, the live version stays visible while you prepare the next one. You never have a "gap" on the site.
How long to put a course online? ▾
Once the content is written, the import itself takes less than a minute for 10 lessons. The equivalent manual entry would take 2 to 3 hours. Admin validation typically happens within 24-48h.
Can I edit my course after publication? ▾
Yes, anytime. You edit in your instructor space, submit the new version for validation. The version currently online stays visible until the new one is approved — no interruption for learners.
How does the AI assistant work? ▾
Every course has a global system prompt, and each lesson can have a specific AI context. The Claude assistant answers learners based on your content — you keep control over tone and scope.
How does the selection work? ▾
